Led by experience. Built around people.
We are a trusted network of HR and Psychosocial Safety consultants, coaches and facilitators who share a single conviction: when systemic inefficiencies are ironed out and people are genuinely supported, the organisations don't just perform better - they create better outcomes for the communities they serve.

Who we are
We are a network of accredited human resource consultants, coaches and facilitators who have joined forces with one key mission, to help teams thrive, so organisations can elevate their social impact for the greater good. What sets us apart is the combination of deep sector experience, a holistic and integrated approach to leadership and culture, and an unwillingness to do things the same way everyone else does them.
We work across the private sector, public sector, local government, health, community services and not-for-profit. We have walked in the shoes of the people we work with - many of our team have held senior leadership and executive roles in the same kinds of organisations we now serve.
We don't believe in developing programs that end up gathering dust on a shelf. Once we have designed a blueprint, we guide relevant stakeholders through the rollout to ensure the learning sticks and the change is sustained.
Where we are
The majority of our associates are based in Regional New South Wales, primarily on Gumbaynggirr and Budjalung Country (Coffs Harbour, Grafton, Tweed Head), Birpai Country (Port Macquarie), and Worimi Country (Newcastle). We also have associates on Dharug and Wiradjuri Country (Sydney), Yidinji Country (Cairns) and in Victoria.
We serve clients across Australia and online, and we are particularly passionate about bringing our work to rural and regional communities - where the need is real and the social impact is significant.

Meet Blyde
Blyde Neser: Founder, Principal Consultant and CEO
Blyde (pronounced “Blady”) is a Senior People and Culture Consultant, ICF Accredited Executive, Leadership and Team Coach, and skilled facilitator with more than three decades of experience working with leaders and organisations across the public sector, local government, health, financial services and community sectors.
Her background is genuinely unusual. She combines deep people and culture expertise with systems and technology fluency, trauma-informed practice, and direct experience working inside some of the most complex organisations in regional NSW - including Local Government. Throughout her career she was rapidly promoted to senior leadership roles - recognised as one of the youngest Deputy Directors in the Public Service and the first female head of department of the Financial Services Board.
She doesn't just teach leadership. She doesn’t just fix process and systemic issues creating psychosocial, financial and reputational risk. She doesn’t just change behaviour. She has lived it, navigated it, and spent decades helping others do the same.
Blyde connects with humans across the organisation - from the boardrooms to out in the field.

Social impact and giving back
We are extraordinarily fortunate to do purposeful work, and we take that seriously.
Our guiding principle is purpose before profit. We offer pro bono seats on our programs and low-bono rates to not-for-profit organisations. We are particularly passionate about bringing our services to regional and rural Australia, where access to quality leadership development and HR support is limited but the need is very real.
Our goal over the next two to three years is to increase our capacity and resources to enable more extensive pro bono and low-bono work with significant social impact.
