Most leadership training changes what people know. This changes how they show up - for their teams, their organisations, and themselves.
The R.E.A.L. H.U.M.A.N. B.E.I.N.G.™ methodology is available in three formats - so you can start where it makes sense and build from there.
Four ways to engage
There are four ways to work with us under the Real Human Leadership™ methodology - each designed for a different starting point, team size, and level of commitment.
Modular Training
Stand-alone 2-hour sessions from the same methodology. Any team, any topic. No minimum commitment. The natural entry point into deeper work.
Contact us to discuss the right modules for your team.
Leadership Programs
The R.E.A.L. H.U.M.A.N. B.E.I.N.G.™ Leadership Program - a structured, modular journey for leadership teams delivered over 6–12 months.
The more modules you select, the deeper the transformation. Contact us to discuss the right tier for your organisation.
Team Journey & Culture Transformation
Bespoke, immersive engagements designed around your team's specific context, culture challenges and goals. For organisations ready to go deeper than a structured program.
Executive Coaching & Reflective Leadership Supervision
Confidential, one-to-one support for senior leaders navigating complexity, culture and psychosocial risk. Designed around the individual.
The problem
Most leaders step into their roles without adequate training in human behaviour. Yet leading humans requires emotional intelligence, nervous system literacy, and the ability to create the psychological conditions where people can do their best work - all while juggling technical demands, compliance requirements, communication expectations, pressures, fear and self-doubt that come with the role.
Conflict that keeps surfacing despite interventions
Leaders who are technically strong but struggle to inspire
Change initiatives that stall or create chaos and resistance
Teams operating in silos rather than collaborating
A culture that feels stuck, despite genuine effort to shift it
Difficult conversations that never happen - or go badly when they do
Psychosocial risk exposures that compliance alone can't address
Feedback culture that is either absent or feared
High turnover, burnout, or disengagement
The issue is rarely skill. It is the human conditions that make great work possible.

What makes this different from standalone modules
The R.E.A.L. H.U.M.A.N. B.E.I.N.G.™ program is not simply a bundle of standalone sessions. Add-on: confidential coaching and external leadership supervision
The deepest breakthroughs happen in private. Most of what holds a leader back from great leadership - self-doubt, fear of conflict, imposter syndrome, past experiences - surfaces only in a confidential coaching relationship.
Programs of 6 modules or more already include one confidential individual coaching session.
Beyond that, all program participants can access additional individual coaching sessions and External Leadership Supervision at a significantly reduced rate for a period following your program kickoff date. Ask us about current rates when you book your consultation.

Assessments
Assessments endorsed by the British Psychological Society, backed by 40+ years of continuous research and 100+ published papers.
Practical tools that give leaders and teams honest, constructive insight into how they work, how they lead, and how others experience them.
VIA Character Strengths Assessment
Focus: Character strengths and positive psychology · Self-assessment
Included for all program participants at no additional cost. Identifies each leader's top character strengths and how to apply them in a leadership context.
TMP — Team Management Profile
Focus: Work preferences · Self-assessment
Foundation for individual, team and leadership development. Best for improving communication, reducing silos, building trust and clarifying preferred ways of working.
QO2 — Opportunities-Obstacles Quotient
Focus: Risk orientation and change readiness · Self-assessment
Leading through change, complexity and uncertainty. Builds psychological capital - one of the most significant protective factors to mitigate psychosocial risk.
LLP|360 — Linking Leader
Focus: Leadership linking skills · 360-degree multi-rater
Helps leaders understand how their behaviour is experienced by others across people, task and leadership linking skills.
Team Signals
Focus: Current team functioning · Multi-rater
Team engagement checks, team health reviews and early psychosocial risk insight.
Five Dysfunctions Assessment
Focus: Team cohesion and dysfunction patterns · Team multi-rater
Team reset and executive team development. Best for teams that need to name and address unproductive patterns without personalising the problem.
Assessment add-ons
TMP or QO2 (single assessment)
Highly recommended for all participants. Provides a clear picture of individual work preferences, change readiness, and leadership style.
TMP + QO2 (both)
Recommended for teams. Together these two assessments give leaders and their teams a comprehensive foundation for understanding how they work, communicate and respond under pressure.
Linking Leader 360° (LLP|360)
Quoted separately based on the number of raters. Adds significant depth when included as part of a longer program.

Maximising your investment - embedding the learning
The most common reason leadership development fails to stick is not the quality of the program. It is what happens after it ends.
Research consistently shows that without structured reinforcement, leaders revert to old patterns within 90 days. The conditions that made the program necessary in the first place reassert themselves: pressure, competing priorities, and the absence of accountability.
This program is designed differently. But even the best foundation needs ongoing support to become lasting culture. At your post-program debrief, we will explore the right embedding strategy for your organisation.
Annual Training Subscription
Many of our clients choose to embed the learning through our Annual Training Subscription - an annual licence giving your team ongoing access to public refresher sessions across our core training topics, delivered quarterly.
Priced by employee count so it scales simply as your organisation grows, the subscription keeps the learning alive between programs and creates the conditions for lasting cultural change rather than a one-off shift.

Number of bands is a guess at the structure. Confirm how many tiers Blyde wants, where the employee-count breaks sit, and whether pricing is shown on the page or replaced with a contact prompt.
Subscription options are discussed at your post-program debrief.
